Six militants killed as security forces repulse terror attack on Bannu Cantt

BANNU: Security forces foiled an attack by Fitna Al-Khawarij terrorists on Bannu Cantt, killing six terrorists while the rest have been rounded up.

According to security sources, the terrorists tried to enter Bannu Cantt after Iftar today, but the security forces foiled their plan.

Due to the prompt response by the security forces, the terrorists rammed two explosive-laden vehicles into the cantt wall, damaging a nearby house. Reports indicate that civilians were killed and injured, while a mosque was also damaged.

Security sources confirmed that alert security personnel killed six militants at different entry points, and the rest of the terrorists have been arrested.

According to sources, the clearance operation of the security forces will continue until all the militants are eliminated.
