Karachi weather forecast: Intermittent rainfall, pleasant weather to continue

KARACHI: The country’s financial hub, remains under the influence of the ongoing monsoon, with early morning showers reported across various parts of the city. Weather forecasts predict continued rain throughout the day.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) notes that while the city’s temperature, currently at 28°C, is expected to rise to 33°C, the weather will remain cloudy with intermittent rain.

At present, mild winds are blowing at a speed of 14 kilometers per hour. Whereas, the precipitation chances are only 6%.

Weather expert Jawad Memon indicated that the city experienced light rain overnight and early this morning due to clouds moving in from the Arabian Sea.

In addition, Memon also mentioned that additional clouds are approaching, and heavy showers are anticipated in the southern areas of Karachi.
