PMD predicted more rain and snowfall

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has predicted more rain and snowfall from Sunday to Tuesday.

According to the Meteorological Department, the westerly wind will enter the western parts today, the westerly winds may engulf the upper areas tomorrow, rain and snowfall are expected in Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Kalat and Balochistan on Sunday and Monday.

The Meteorological Department says that rain is expected in the upper Sindh areas of Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu on January 26, rain and snowfall are also expected in Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday and Tuesday.

The Meteorological Department says that there is a risk of landslides and avalanches in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, tourists should be careful and avoid unnecessary travel, all relevant agencies should take necessary measures to avoid unpleasant situations.
