After the toss, USA captain Monk Patel defended his decision to bowl first, saying that it was easy to chase and he had done the same in their previous match against Canada.
“It’s easy to chase here,” USA captain Monk Patel said at the toss. “The way we chased the total was fun. The momentum is there, want to keep it going. Excited for the challenge.
