WASHINGTON: A passenger plane crashed into a truck and an electric pole in the United States.
According to foreign media, the incident occurred near Newark Liberty International Airport, where a Boeing 767 plane was about to take off when it collided with a truck.
A video is also going viral on social media in which the collision can be seen.
It can be seen in the video that the plane was about to touch down on the runway when a truck passed by on the road near the runway, hitting the plane’s tire.
According to media reports, after colliding with the truck, the plane also hit an electric pole, but the plane managed to land.
In this regard, authorities confirmed that all passengers and crew on board the plane were unharmed, while the truck driver involved in the incident suffered minor injuries and was given medical assistance.
