ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (PSPC), the wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, has announced the third batch of the Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) for new graduates to join PSPC as Management Trainees or Engineering Trainees.

The objective of the program is to grow young talent and develop future leaders for national development purposes. Interested candidates can apply before June 2, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for the third batch of the Leadership Induction Program (PLIP), the applicant must have 16 years of education in relevant fields.

Age Limit: Maximum age of 26 years (relaxation of up to 3 years for candidates from Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and AJK). For Non-Management PSPC Employees: The maximum age limit is 50 years.

Relevant Fields of Study

Applications will be accepted from graduates in the following disciplines: Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Engineering, ACCA, CA, or other relevant fields.

Trainee Engineers Graduates from PEC recognized programs in: Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry, Product Design, Fine Arts (Painting, Printmaking, Multimedia), or other relevant fields related to PSPCs work.

Salary 

Training Allowance: Rs. 40,000/- monthly Post-Training Salary: Rs. 80,000/- monthly (and benefits as per Assistant Manager position)
