Iran-US agreement: Crude oil prices fell by 4 percent in the global market

Crude oil prices fall after reports of Iran-US understanding

ISLAMABAD: After the agreement between the US and Iran was reached, crude oil prices fell by 4 percent in the global market.

The price of British crude oil in the global market decreased by $4, after which the new price of British crude oil became $83.70 per barrel. The price of American crude oil also decreased by $3.75 to $80.76 per barrel.

It should be remembered that an agreement has been reached between the US and Iran. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced a peace agreement between the US and Iran.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said in a message on social media that the official signing ceremony of the peace agreement will be held in Switzerland on June 19.

The Prime Minister praised the role of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey in the agreement and said that the parties announced an immediate and permanent end to military operations on all fronts. The agreement includes a halt to operations on all fronts, including Lebanon.

The United States and Iran also confirmed the agreement.
