Pakistan’s exports soar in first month of FY 2025-26, 40% increase to US

ISLAMABAD (By Rizwan Abbasi): Pakistan has achieved a significant rise in exports to most countries during the first month of the new fiscal year 2025-26.

According to sources, Pakistani exports to the US reached $560 million after an annual increase of 40%, which is the highest compared to any country.

Furthermore, exports to the United Kingdom (UK) in July were recorded at $217 million with an increase of 33%. Exports to China increased by 12% during the same period, after which the volume remained at $173 million.

Exports to Spain increased by 29% to $162 million, while exports to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) reached $161 million after an increase of 23%.

According to government sources, Pakistani exports to Kenya increased by 109 percent in July, 60 percent to France, 41 percent to Canada, and 35 percent to Sri Lanka.

In addition, exports to several countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, and Sweden, also recorded an increase.
