KARACHI: FIA Cyber Crime Circle has arrested three accused in the MDCAT paper leak case in Karachi and across Sindh.
According to sources, the FIA Cyber Crime Team had arrested Shiraz Bilal, Tariq Aziz Samo, and Shan Durrani in a case registered in connection with the MDCAT paper leak. Investigation is underway against the accused in the Cyber Crime Circle.
The accused are allegedly involved in providing leaked papers to students in exchange for money. Screenshots have also been found from their mobile phones showing the paper being sent to the candidates.
The arrested accused are key members of the group responsible for leaking the papers, which has been leaking MDCAT papers since 2023. Efforts are on to nab the remaining members of the group.
