MDCAT for the academic year 2024-25 was conducted by Dow University of Health Sciences. However, it faced heavy criticism from the candidates and their parents, who accused the university administration of unprofessional behavior during the test.

The students and parents had demanded the Sindh government to take immediate action against the university on allegations of mismanagement and mismanagement.
