Over thirty thousand scholarships announced for students, Check details inside

LAHORE: The Punjab Government has initiated 30,000 new scholarships under the Chief Minister’s Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025, providing merit-based financial support for talented students seeking undergraduate degrees.

The scholarship will be awarded for the entire tuition fee of worthy students, which will provide economic relief to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

How to Apply

Qualified students are allowed to apply by going to the official website of the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) and following the online application process. For further details, the applicants can visit the portal or get help from the PHEC helpline.

Eligibility Criteria

The scholarship scheme is aimed at students who have passed their intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/12th Grade) with at least 70% marks. The applicants should fulfill the following conditions:

  • Domicile: The applicant should have a domicile in Punjab.
  • Family Income: Family income of the applicant should not be more than Rs. 350,000 (for public sector HEIs).
  • Degree Program: BS, BA, BSc, MBBS, or any undergraduate degree program applicant can apply.

Deadline

  • Last Date of Submission: September 15, 2025
  • Applicants can submit an online application, and hard copies will not be accepted.
