LAHORE: YouTuber Aun Ali Khosa returned home safely on Monday after his alleged abduction on August 15, his lawyers confirmed a little after midnight.
Taking on X, Aun’s lawyer Khadija Siddiqi said, “Alhamdulillah, Aun Ali Khosa has been released! He has reached home.”
His other lawyer, Mian Ali Ashfaq, also confirmed his return on X, saying that Aun Ali Khosa’s family has confirmed that he has reached home safely.

In another statement, Ashfaq said he had spoken to Khosa in great detail. “Alhamdulillah, he is courageous, safe, and determined. May Allah bless him and his family every step of the way,” he wrote on X
On Friday, the Lahore High Court heard the petition, ordering the release of YouTuber Khosa by August 20. His wife Binish Iqbal moved the court claiming that her husband was “in the unlawful and illegal custody of the law enforcement authorities”.
According to the petition, Aun, a digital content creator, a writer, and a dignified artist, was abducted by a dozen police officials and men with masked faces in plain clothes at 2 am on August 15.
The heavily armed men barged into his apartment in Lahore and confiscated Khosa’s phone, laptop, computer system, and digital camera, the petition added.
