India starts evacuating villages near Pakistan border

ISLAMABAD: The Indian government has begun evacuating communities close to the Pakistan-India border, amid possible strikes in Pakistan, according to media reports.

Media reports citing sources claimed that villages in the Samba, Kathua, and Akhnoor areas are being evacuated by the Indian forces.

Additionally, Sources also claimed that India had issued orders from a “Gurdwara” in the Attari region telling the villagers to harvest their crops.

Earlier, the Modi-led government had banned several Pakistani channels in order  to propagate their fake narratives to the Indian people.

Moreover, Pakistan authorities have suspended all commercial flights to Gilgit and Skardu, according to media reports.

Pakistan security forces are already on high alert following any misadventure by the Indian army.

The decision is made in response to heightened security concerns following recent regional developments, and other flights to northern areas are also cautioned.

In addition, Pakistan has been closely observing international planes that arrive from India.

Stricter directives have been given to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to monitor and examine any foreign aircraft arriving in the country.
