ISLAMABAD: Former Member of the National Assembly Javeria Zafar Aheer said that May 9 would be remembered as a dark chapter in the country’s history, alleging that miscreant elements attempted to damage state institutions and undermine national security.
In a statement, Javeria Zafar Aheer said that giving preference to any individual over the State of Pakistan was unacceptable under any circumstances. She emphasized that there could be no compromise on the integrity of Pakistan and the protection of national institutions.
She stated that the armed forces of Pakistan had defended the country during every difficult time and that the entire nation takes pride in its brave armed forces. According to her, those who misled the youth and used them against the state have no political future.
The former MNA further said that the country’s aware and conscious youth had recognized anti-state elements and their agendas. She maintained that conspiracies against Pakistan would always fail because the nation stands united.
Javeria Zafar Aheer also called for strict legal action against those spreading chaos and incitement against state institutions, adding that Pakistan was created by its people and would also be defended by them.
