LAHORE: Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held separate telephone conversations on Saturday evening with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Qatar’s Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, strongly condemning the recent Israeli attacks on Iran and the subsequent escalations in the Gulf region.
The Prime Minister expressed Pakistan’s full solidarity and support with the brotherly nations amid the ongoing crisis, assuring that Pakistan would always stand with its Gulf partners under all circumstances.
In his calls, PM Shehbaz emphasized Pakistan’s readiness to play a constructive role during this critical time and prayed for peace in the region, invoking the blessings of the holy month of Ramazan.
The Prime Minister also expressed grief over the reported loss of a Pakistani national in the missile attack on Abu Dhabi and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to supporting the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar during these challenging developments.
Pakistan’s leadership highlighted the enduring fraternal bonds between the countries and pledged to work toward ensuring regional stability and safety.
