ISLAMABAD: A police officer slapped a youth in the New Blue Area of Islamabad, the video of which went viral on social media.
It can be seen that the police officer first stopped three youths and then asked them for their documents.
When the youth gave the documents to the police officer, he slapped him.
It can be seen in the video that the police officer left after slapping the youth.
Taking notice of the viral video, SSP Suleman Zafar suspended the officer and said that the ill-treatment of citizens by police officers is not acceptable under any circumstances.
