LAHORE: Punjab education boards have announced a revised registration fee structure for students of classes 9 and 10, which will be applicable for the academic sessions from 2025 to 2027.
As per the updated schedule, the total registration fee has been increased to Rs. 2,910, up from the previous amount.
Apart from the board charges, schools will also charge Rs. 500 as their own fees. Moreover, students may be charged an additional Rs. 300 to Rs. 500 by schools for other services. The new fee structure will be applicable to both government and private institutions.
The registration process for the 2025 academic year will begin on May 29, 2025, without any late fee. However, students registering between May 30 and June 13 will have to pay a late fee of Rs. 600.
Only students aged 11 years and 2 months or above will be eligible to register till August 1, 2025. While the registration will be done online, schools will also have to submit a hard copy of the registration documents to the concerned board office.
Additionally, students are required to provide their B. Forms during the registration process.
The revised fee includes the following components:
- Rs. 1,100 – Registration Fee
- Rs. 630 – Processing Fee
- Rs. 300 – Board Development Fund
- Rs. 180 – Scholarship Fee
- Rs. 200 – Sports Fee
