The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced the “Umrah and Visits Guide” in 16 different languages, including Urdu, to guide and facilitate pilgrims.
This initiative aims to provide comprehensive and authentic information to pilgrims from all over the world in their own language. According to the Saudi Press Agency, this guidebook describes the various stages of Umrah in detail.
The guide presents all matters simply and understandably, from travel preparation, obtaining an Umrah permit through visa and Nasik platforms, to transportation arrangements in the Two Holy Mosques and the return procedure.
For the convenience of pilgrims, the guide includes pictorial explanations, maps of various locations, and informative videos so that they do not face any difficulty during their stay.
The digital guide provides complete guidance on how to put on Ihram, performing Tawaf and Sa’i, the etiquette of the Two Holy Mosques, and the basic facilities available there.

The ministry says that the issuance of this guide is part of efforts to ensure the provision of quality services to Umrah pilgrims so that they can fully benefit from the facilities provided during their spiritual journey.
