QUETTA: The Balochistan government has imposed Section 144 across the province in view of the law and order situation, and a formal notification has been issued.
According to the notification issued by the provincial government, there will be a complete ban on the display, use, and pillion riding of weapons in Balochistan. While a complete ban has also been imposed on the use of unregistered vehicles.
Under Section 144, there will also be a complete ban on gatherings, meetings, and processions of five or more people across the province.
The notification states that these restrictions will be applicable immediately for one month. In case of violation, strict action will be taken according to the law.
