ISLAMABAD: The online motorcycle rider who brought the attacker to the judicial complex has been arrested by the security agencies.
This is a significant breakthrough in the Islamabad Judicial Complex suicide bombing case, with the police tracing the attacker’s path to the judicial complex during the investigation.
Initial investigation revealed that the rider took the attacker to the court for Rs. 200.

A preliminary report on the suicide attack in the Islamabad District courts has been prepared, according to which the suicide bomber was residing in Bajaur.
According to the preliminary report, the suicide bomber arrived in Islamabad on Friday. The attacker came to the G-11 court from Pirodhai on a motorcycle.
According to sources, the preliminary report said that the suicide bomber was wearing a chadar.
On the other hand, the IG Islamabad said that up to 8 kilograms of explosives and ball bearings were used in the explosion.
The IG Islamabad said that a motorcycle and a vehicle are being considered suspicious, evidence is being collected through backtracking of cameras, forensics, CTD, investigation, Safe City, and sensitive agencies are reviewing the evidence.
Earlier, CCTV video of a suicide blast in an Islamabad court was released.
In the CCTV video, a large number of lawyers and citizens can be seen at the scene before the blast.
A police mobile can also be seen at the scene at the time of the blast.
At least 12 people were martyred and 27 were injured in a suicide blast near the District Judicial Complex in Islamabad’s sector G-11 on Tuesday, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said.
According to police, the explosion took place in a vehicle parked outside the district courts. The nearby vehicles caught fire after the explosion.
Security sources said that the suspected attacker approached the police van on a motorcycle before the explosion occurred.
According to eyewitnesses, two separate blasts were heard, which caused both the motorcycle and a nearby car to catch fire simultaneously.
