DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Two FC personnel were seriously injured in a blast near the Frontier Corps convoy at Tank Road near Hathala police station in Dera Ismail Khan district on Saturday.
According to police sources, the incident took place near the farmhouse of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.
A contingent of police and security forces cordoned off the area and started a search operation.
In another attack today, terrorists targeted a security checkpost in the Spinkai Ragjaza area in South Waziristan leaving eight soldiers injured. In exchange of fire, at least one militant was killed.
