Lahore weather forecast: Light rainfall expected in provincial capital from September 26

LAHORE: The weather is likely to remain hot and humid in the provincial capital Lahore for today, However, PMD has forecasted rainfall from September 26, 2024, providing some relief from recent humid weather.

According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in the city is likely to be 27 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature may go up to 38 degrees Celsius. The humidity level in the air was recorded above 59%.

Weather forecasters have confirmed little to no chances of rain in Lahore today. Additionally, Lahore tops the global pollution list, with the city recording an average smog level of 183.

The Met Office predicts that the weather in most parts of the country will remain hot and dry except, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, Islamabad, Lahore, and Kashmir will likely receive a break from harsh weather with moderate to heavy rainfall from September 26.
