THERAN: A large gold deposit has been discovered in Iran, which the government has confirmed.
According to local media, Iran has announced the discovery of a large gold deposit in one of the country’s largest mines.
The Shadan gold mine is located in South Khorasan, and Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade has officially confirmed the new reserves.
This deposit appears in the form of veins, like a vast gold vein, containing approximately 7.95 million tons of oxide and 53.1 million tons of sulfide gold.
According to details, it should be noted that there are 15 gold mines in Iran, the largest of which is Zarshuran, located in the northwest of the country.
