PESHAWAR: Flour prices have increased once again in the provincial capital Peshawar.
According to the Flour Dealers Association, a 20-kilogram bag of mixed flour has increased from Rs 2,400 to Rs 2,500, while a 20-kilogram bag of fine flour is being sold for Rs 2,700 from Rs 2,600.
The association says that due to the increase in demand for flour, prices are fluctuating, which is affecting the market. Citizens are facing further financial difficulties due to the increase in prices.
It should be noted that even before the start of Ramadan, flour prices were recorded to increase in Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi and other cities.
