Aug 26 BISE Rawalpindi exams postponed: Here’s why

Portal upgrade eases admit card access for matric students in Karachi

RAWALPINDI: The exams scheduled for Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) on Monday, August 26 under the Rawalpindi Education Board have been postponed.

According to the notification, the exams of Chemistry, Islamic History and Dars-e-Nizami have been postponed.

Examinations for General Science, Clothing and Textile groups have also been rescheduled. The postponed exams will be held on September 18 at the canters originally assigned.

The Rawalpindi Board has informed that new roll number slips will be sent to the candidates.

According to the controller exams, the regular candidates will upload their new roll number slips on their portal while the roll number slips of the private candidates will be uploaded on the board’s website.

Candidates can download their roll number slips by entering their roll number, online admission form number, or B-form number, the controller said.

Earlier today, the district administration had announced that Tehsil Rawalpindi will remain closed on Monday (August 26) due to the Chelum of Hazrat Imam Hussain.
