Pakistan Army vows sustained backing for Balochistan's progress

TURBAT: Field Marshal and Army Chief Asim Munir says that the Pakistan Army stands by the people of Balochistan and will continue to fully support the efforts for sustainable peace and development in the province.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Asim Munir visited the Turbat area of ​​Balochistan.

Field Marshal Asim Munir was briefed about the successful operation against Fitna-ul-Hindustan in the province and various projects.

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Balochistan Chief Secretary, and other senior officials were also present during the briefing.

On this occasion, the Army Chief highlighted the importance of good governance and infrastructure development and called cooperation between civil and military institutions essential for solving Balochistan’s problems.

The ISPR says that the Field Marshal reiterated his commitment to the socio-economic development of southern Balochistan and said that the Pakistan Army stands by the people of Balochistan and the army will continue to fully support the efforts for sustainable peace and development.

Army Chief General Asim Munir also praised the role of military personnel in establishing peace.

Upon arrival, Field Marshal was welcomed by the Corps Commander Balochistan and other military officers.
