KARACHI: The Sindh Police opened its first school for driving training at the Police Training College, Saeedabad, where training is being provided to citizens in the operation of cars, motorcycles, and light and heavy vehicles.
Inspector General Sindh Police Ghulam Nabi Memon inspected the school as a pilot project in Karachi. He announced that they would open such schools in Hyderabad, Larkana, and Khairpur.
Stressing road safety as the priority area, IG Memon said, “Safe driving is our target,” and added that “the only way to avoid accidents is through trained drivers.”
