RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS General Asim Munir will host star athlete Arshad Nadeem tomorrow, Friday at the General Headquarters (GHQ).
As per the details, a ceremony to honour Gold Medalist Arshad Nadeem and his family will take place tomorrow at GHQ.
The purpose of the ceremony is to acknowledge and encourage the achievements of athlete Arshad Nadeem.
To pay tribute to world record holder Arshad Nadeem, who made Pakistan proud with his historic achievements, a busy road in Islamabad (Margalla Road) is being renamed after him.
A major road in Islamabad’s F-10 sector (from F-10 Roundabout to Khayaban-e-Iqbal), also known as Margalla Road, will be named in honor of Olympic hero Arshad Nadeem on the instructions of the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
