Bushra Bibi pledges to continue fight for Imran’s release till last breath

ISLAMABAD: Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, has vowed to continue the protest march until her husband is brought to her.

Addressing the participants, she declared, “We will not end this march until Khan comes to us,” adding, “I will stand in this march until my last breath.”

Her remarks came as the PTI protest entered its second day, with roads connecting Islamabad and Rawalpindi blocked due to the ongoing demonstration.

Bushra Bibi stressed that the protest was not just about her husband but about the country’s leadership. “This is a matter of the leader of this country,” she said. She expressed further confidence in the support of the “Pathan nation,” saying, “I am sure that the Pathan nation will not abandon us until the last battle.”

The PTI convoy, led by Bushra Bibi and PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur, left Hazara Interchange towards M1 for a protest in Islamabad. However, Bushra Bibi’s vehicle was reported to have come in front of the convoy during the march.

Bushra Bibi’s spokesperson said that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur faced some difficulties at Hazara Interchange but is resting and is expected to continue his journey after taking a break.
