ISLAMABAD: A contempt of court petition has been moved against Chairman National Accountibitly Beaure (NAB) Lieutenant General (retd) Ahmed Nazir Butt in accountability court on Friday.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has filed a contempt of court against the NAB chief for not submitting a reply related to the 190 million pound case despite court orders.
It is pertinent to mention that in the previous hearing in the £190 million case, the court had ordered the NAB officials to close the case and submit the reply, which has not been implemented yet.
