LAHORE: The Punjab government has clamped down on driving without a license, but there is relief for drivers whose licenses have expired.
As per the details, on the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the provincial authorities have launched new measures to help drivers with expired licenses whose license expired before January 16, 2024.
This allows drivers to renew their license at the previous fee as the government has increased rates in recent months.

Here’s how to renew you driving license?
It is learned that the new fees will apply to licenses expiring on or after January 16, 2024.
For the convenience of the people, Lahore Traffic Police has introduced an online service to facilitate the license process in response to the increasing number of applications.
