LAHORE: Pakistani senior actor Faisal Qureshi has openly expressed his views for the first time on not receiving the presidential award Sitara-e-Imtiaz despite his 33-year long artistic journey.
Faisal Qureshi revealed during an interview that his name was sent twice for the Sitara-e-Imtiaz, but he was ignored on both occasions.
Expressing surprise and disappointment at this situation, he said that he has been serving in the showbiz industry for more than three decades, but despite this, he has not been awarded this honor yet.
